1. Our Standard We want you to be completely satisfied with the fit and quality of your COLWOOD WORKS shoes. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns (The “Carpet Rule”) To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your shoes must be in pristine, resellable condition:
- Unworn Condition: Shoes must be free of any creases on the uppers and scuffs on the soles. Please ensure you only try your new shoes on a clean, carpeted surface. Any shoes returned with signs of outdoor wear or hard-floor scuffing will be rejected.
- Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox, along with any included dust bags or accessories. Please do not use the shoebox as the outer shipping container. The shoebox must be placed inside a separate shipping box.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Shoe care products (e.g., polishes, brushes, leather conditioners) if opened.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
4. Return Process and Shipping Costs To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the shoes arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
